How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days at most, while express options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately I'm not shipping internationally at this time.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to keep an eye on your delivery.
Can I arrange DO/PU?
Yes! If you are within a 5 mile driving radius from my location, I'm happy to set up a drop off or pick up with you. Plus, I love meeting my customers!
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Custom made and personalized items are all final sale. Some exclusions apply. Please refer to the Refunds & Exchanges tab for details.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! premade, non-personalized items may be eligible for exchange. Product must be unused and/or unworn and in same condition as received to be eligible.
Please note* all exchanges will be made in the form of a gift card in the amount you paid for the item.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Oh no! I'm so sorry! If your order arrives damaged, please send me a photo at kskhomes@gmail.com as soon as you receive it, and I will make it right.
