CUSTOM MADE & PERSONALIZED PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL
Custom made designs are approved by customer before final product is complete. No refunds or exchanges will be given after approval process. Spelling and placement of personalized words/names are approved by customer before final products is made. No refunds or exchanges will be given after approval process.

Returns & Refunds
You have 10 days from receipt of product to request a return. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can discuss the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, 

Exchanges
Exchanges are only eligible on premade, non personalized products. Product must be unused, unworn and in the same condition as you received it.

Ineligible for return
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on gift cards, seasonal items and sale or clearance items.

To start a return you can contact me at kskhomes@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, please note that local returns will need to be sent or delivered by the customer. If your item was shipped to you, a return standard mail shipping label will be provided to you. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
